In 4 weeks, we will go through how you can effectively understand how your process will look, how it flows, and to make sure it works. Meant to design your unique client experience with the help of someone to guide you through testing and provide insight into best practices. From understanding stages of your experience to creating reusable templates, to automating steps. I’ll be your Experience Guide and help you get back to the reason why you got into this in the first place.

This is not a marketing course to bring in leads. This is also NOT how to nurture existing clients to keep them coming back. This focuses on the process you go through with your clients once they book with you. The experience you provide for onboarding, preparation, and then the service you provide. Your experience is unique to you and your business so should be designed with your voice and ideal process.
